• All sales are final. Once a course, ebook, or any digital content is purchased, no refunds or cancellations are allowed.
• As digital products are instantly accessible upon purchase, we cannot process refunds due to a change of mind or personal circumstances.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same course, contact us within 24 hours for a refund of the duplicate charge.
• Technical Issues: If you experience unresolved technical issues preventing access to purchased content, and our support team is unable to resolve them within 7 days, we may offer a refund.

• If you miss a live class due to personal reasons, no refunds or reschedules will be provided.

5. Course Access & Expiry

• Most of our courses offer lifetime access unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds are not provided if access to a course expires after a stated duration.
